Integration of Structural Reforms from the ERP 2024-2026 into Budgets: Kosovo*

Nov 6 – 7, 2023 Prevalle near Prizren, Kosovo No Fee

About this learning event

The online meeting has been focused at reviewing the initial draft analysis of the obstacles to be addressed by the three structural reform priority areas put forward in the European Commission's Guidance Note for the ERP 2024-2026 - Competitiveness; Sustainability and Resilience; as well as  Human Capital and Social Policies.

At the workshop, we will discuss how to improve the descriptions and sequence of the drafted structural reform measures, and their integration into the 2024–2026 ERP. We will review their costs and funding sources, and identify obstacles to their integration into national budgets.

All participants will be actively engaged in the discussion, which will be structured along the three priority areas laid out in the European Commission’s Guidance Note for the 2024–2026 ERP – Competitiveness; Sustainability and Resilience; and Human Capital and Social Policies.

In line with the increased focus of this new Guidance Note on the implementation of reforms, we will talk about the capacities needed to implement the drafted structural reform measures, and whether the identified key performance indicators can effectively monitor the results achieved.

Throughout the discussion, we will refresh the knowledge of related CEF methodological guidance, which is aligned with the EC’s overall Guidance Note.
