About this learning event

At this workshop, participants will get to know the CEF’s tailor-made training-of-trainers methodology, so that they would be able to share knowledge and promote peer-to-peer learning in public sector auditing. By exploring different learning methodologies and tools, they will get a better understanding of how learning works, and how to best facilitate the learning of others.

In a safe learning environment, participants will prepare and deliver a short knowledge sharing activity. These practice group sessions will be followed by sharing their experiences with delivering such activities and reflecting on what they have learned from different perspectives. This way, they will be able to give and receive constructive feedback, distill relevant lessons, and feed such information back into their practice of facilitating the learning of others. They will also discuss the expectations, roles, and responsibilities of the trainer and the facilitator in a public sector certification training program.

Who should attend

This training of trainers has been designed for local tutors who will support the delivery of certification training of internal auditors of the public sector (TIAPS) in Albania.
