About this learning event

This annual exchange brings together CEF Central Bank Coordinators and colleagues from HR functions to discuss how central banks are strengthening and developing human capital. A topical presentation by Banque de France will spotlight selected HR and organizational-development practices, such as organizational culture, talent development, onboarding, internal mobility. The input is meant to share a practical partner example that gives participants ideas and may prompt a few follow-up questions and short discussion.

In the second part of the meeting, we will briefly share updates for the learning program, including how we will plan the 2027+ cycle and the needs assessment steps where Coordinators’ support will be essential.
