About this learning event

This workshop takes place annually in close cooperation with the ministries of finance and tax administrations of the constituent countries. The goal of this workshop is to support the host country in implementing its tax education programs. The focus is on strengthening capacities of ministries of finance and tax administrations to effectively raise public awareness about the importance of taxes, and to clearly communicate tax policies and reforms with the ultimate aim to boost tax morale. Participants will discuss effective ways to communicate and engage with the public.

Who should attend

This workshop is intended for officials from the ministries of finance and tax administrations, responsible for tax literacy and education programs within their institutions, particularly those working in departments such as Coordination, Education, Information, Legal Affairs, Misdemeanor Proceedings, and Cooperation with Taxpayers.
