Training of Trainers: Knowledge Exchange Skills for Climate Action in Central Banks
About this learning event
This workshop links facilitation skills directly to the green agenda, by bringing together experts working on ESG, climate and environmental risk management, and sustainable finance. Participants will strengthen how they deliver and share knowledge in their areas of work, translating technical content into clear, actionable learning for different audiences.
We will explore different learning styles, their unique characteristics and understand the principles effective public speaking. We will have the opportunity to practice delivering powerful presentations in a supportive environment, while reflecting on the role of a learning facilitator, identifying their strengths, and discovering areas for improvement in learning and knowledge sharing.

- Practicing presentations, listening skills and skills in providing effective feedback,
- Learning about different learning techniques, tools, and methods for effective knowledge sharing,
- Developing skills to create engaging and interactive sessions,
- Enhancing your ability to adapt to different audiences and learning needs,
- Learning on facilitator behavior, including building trust, using body language and voice, and navigating safety and distance,
- Strengthening your confidence in leading knowledge exchange.
Target audience
This training of trainers is designed for employees of central banks and financial supervisory authorities engaged in sustainability-related work, including the green agenda and sustainable finance. We prioritize those involved in delivering the CEF learning program and those working on topics such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, climate and environmental risk management, and sustainable finance. The program primarily targets experts from central banks and banking agencies in the Western Balkans.
