Training of Trainers: Knowledge Exchange Skills for Climate Action in Central Banks
About this learning event
This training of trainers is designed to provide participants with practical skills in presentation, facilitation, and learner-centered techniques and methods. They will learn how to design and facilitate dynamic and engaging learning activities. They will get to know different learning styles and their specifics, learn about the principles of effective public speaking, and practice delivering a powerful presentation. In a safe and supportive learning environment, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their role as a learning facilitator, recognizing their strengths, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Target audience
This training of trainers is designed for employees of central banks and financial supervisory authorities working on green agenda. Priority is given to those involved in delivering the CEF learning program, and those working on topics such as Environmental, Social, and Governance framework (ESG), management of climate and environmental risk, and sustainable finance.
