About this learning event

This workshop is designed for experts from central banks and financial supervisory authorities who wish to strengthen their communication, knowledge sharing, and facilitation skills. It will help participants design and lead dynamic, engaging learning activities, communicate complex content more clearly, and create sessions that actively involve participants.

We will explore different learning methods, facilitation tools, and approaches to audience engagement. Participants will reflect on different learning styles and needs, learn the principles of effective public speaking, and practice delivering presentations in a supportive environment. Special attention will be given to structuring messages, using voice and body language, listening actively, creating trust, and giving constructive feedback.

The workshop will also support participants in reflecting on their role as learning facilitators, identifying their strengths, and recognizing areas for further development in learning, communication, and knowledge sharing.,

This training of trainers is designed for employees of central banks and financial supervisory authorities from South East and East Europe. Priority is given to those involved in delivering the CEF learning program, and those engaged in internal knowledge sharing within their institutions.
