Jun 11 – 13, 2025 Tirana, Albania No Fee

About this learning event

This event marks the initiation of the Reform Agenda (RA) implementation process and supports the preparation of the 2026-2028 Economic Reform Programme (ERP), in line with the latest European Commission Guidelines. Tailored to meet the needs of key stakeholders, the event will concentrate on areas essential for effective annual reporting, ensuring that no steps are overlooked in the implementation process, and understanding the lifecycle of a measure. The core objectives of the event include:

  • Annual Reporting for the Reform Agenda: Enhancing participants’ ability to effectively report on the RA's progress. This includes sharing experiences and best practices for annual reporting, focusing on the PMO’s role, data collection, planning, and drafting reports for submission to the European Commission and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring No Step is Left Behind: Providing a comprehensive overview of how to track and report on every stage of the RA, from initial planning through implementation, ensuring that every step of the reform process is covered and accurately reported.
  • Understanding the Lifecycle of a Measure: Delving into the complete lifecycle of reform measures—from planning to execution and monitoring. This session will focus on the key stages of a reform measure, emphasizing how to effectively manage, track, and report on each phase to ensure that reforms remain on schedule and are fully integrated into national frameworks.
