About this learning event

We will organize a webinar series on knowledge management within the National Bank of Moldova (NBM), focusing on presenting the results of the knowledge management assessment cundected within the NBM. Based on these results, we will share strategies for effectively capturing, sharing, and using organizational knowledge. Participants will learn about good practices and discover how organizations can leverage knowledge management to improve efficiency, foster innovation, and enhance service delivery. They will engage with experts and peers to explore best practices, tools, and techniques that can transform the way public institutions manage and share information effectively.
