WeLearn: Managerial Accountability and Professional and Personal Integrity
About this learning event
The course Managerial Accountability and Professional and Personal Integrity will provide participants with an understanding of ethical leadership, trust-building, and anti-corruption strategies tailored to public sector organizations, especially within the Western Balkans. Through a series of interactive webinars, learners will explore foundational concepts such as managerial accountability, professional and personal integrity, and the challenges posed by corruption. They will engage in breakout discussions to reflect on their own organizational contexts, assess ethical risks, and consider how these principles will shape their future leadership approach.
As the course progresses, participants will be introduced to knowledge management as a strategic tool to reinforce integrity and accountability. They will develop a Knowledge Repository assignment, which will encourage them to gather and share best practices and ethical guidelines relevant to their institutions. In the final webinar, learners will examine the role of authentic leadership and change management in fostering ethical workplaces. They will discuss how to overcome resistance to change and apply integrity-driven leadership to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
