About this learning event

This learning event is designed as a study visit to Ljubljana for mid-level managers from the Ministry of Finance of Armenia (MoF AM). It will focus on strengthening team communication and collaboration through a combination of guided reflection, practical exercises, and peer learning from a Slovene public institution.

The study visit supports the broader MoF AM LearnOrgLab objective of strengthening team cohesion, communication, and collaboration as part of the Ministry’s transformation into a learning organization. It also fits the wider project approach, which combines workshops, study visits, mentoring, and knowledge exchange tailored to MoF AM’s needs.

Participants will explore how teams can communicate more openly, work across organizational boundaries more effectively, and create conditions for better cooperation in day-to-day work. They will practice feedforward and listening skills, reflect on common barriers to collaboration, and consider how lessons from the visit can be adapted in their own departments

This study visit is intended for heads of departments and members of HR department at the Ministry of Finance of Armenia.
