Online courses
As part of the FISR2 project, two online courses were developed and upgraded to help public officials understand and apply concepts related to structural reforms. In the legacy phase, these learning materials remain available only in an informational, non‑interactive format. Users can still browse all explanations, visuals, and tools, but the courses no longer function in their original interactive form.
Online Course: How to Make a Good Structural Reform
This course originally guided participants through the full cycle of Economic Reform Programme (ERP) and Reform Agenda (RA) preparation. It combined video lectures, presentations, and insights from CEF experts and ERP practitioners.
Online Course: Impact Assessment
This course introduced the Manual for Impact Assessment, explained both qualitative and quantitative methods, and included a spreadsheet toolkit for assessing economic impacts of structural reforms.
- Overview of the Impact Assessment Manual
- Explanation of methodologies and tools
- Sample quantifications for learning purposes
