This learning event continues the CEF’s commitment to supporting European Union candidates and potential candidates in implementing the Reform Agenda (RA). It focuses on enhancing capacities to assess the economic impact of structural reforms. 

The objective of this initiative is to equip participants with an understanding of different options and methodologies on how to perform impact assessment. They are presented in the Manual on economic impact assessment of SR measures in the RA. A spreadsheet-based Impact Assessment Tool is available to support you in assessing economic impact. You will also get an insight of different examples of quantifications of economic impacts as a source for knowledge for your own work.

There are two lead experts, who captured the methodologies and approaches to impact assessment of reforms and monitoring their implementation in the Manuals:

• Janez Šušteršič, CEF expert, former Minister of Finance of Slovenia
• Jadranka Kaludjerović, CEF expert

Who should attend

Participation at this event is "by invitation only" and is intended for officials involved in the implementation of the RA in Montenegro, as well as other representatives of public institutions involved in coordinating and implementing the RA in Montenegro.
