About this learning event

The workshop is designed to strengthen leadership and managerial capabilities at the Central Bank of Kosovo. The program will focus on practical leadership approaches that participants can directly apply in their day-to-day roles. The workshop will focus on key skills, including effective communication, collaboration, presentation skills, strategic planning, performance management, decision-making, and leading teams through change. Participants will explore leadership practices that support individual and team performance in a dynamic organizational environment through interactive discussions, peer learning, and practical exercises. The workshop will also provide practical tools and techniques for strengthening accountability, collaboration, employee engagement, and high performance, while creating space to exchange experiences and explore approaches to supporting teams and cross-departmental cooperation during periods of organizational development and change.
