About this learning event

The workshop is designed to strengthen leadership and managerial capabilities of the management team at the Central Bank of Kosovo.

The program will focus on practical leadership mindset, postures, and approaches that participants will be able to directly apply in their day-to-day roles.

Building on discussions about the evolving demands of leadership in today’s complex environment, the workshop will explore key skills leader need to master, including effective communication, collaboration, team development, performance management, decision-making, and leading teams through change.

Through interactive discussions, peer learning, and practical exercises, participants will explore leadership practices that support individual and team performance in a dynamic organizational environment.

The workshop will also provide practical tools and techniques to strengthen accountability, employee engagement, and team performance. It will provide opportunities to exchange experiences and explore approaches to supporting teams and cross-departmental cooperation during organizational development and change.
