About this learning event

Building a learning organization includes developing the capability to deliver professional-standard training programs, for your managers, with your own resources. To do so, you need to have internal trainers properly prepared and trained to deliver a high-value program to a very demanding type of audience. This workshop will be a combination of practice, rehearsal, and learning for the internal trainers.

Through this workshop, as an internal trainer, you will:

• Take ownership of the content of the Leadership and Management training program;
• Reflect with the other internal trainers, in collective intelligence, on how to adapt to the best final delivery;
• Have the possibility to tailor-made part of the content (adding videos, articles, exercises, ice breakers,...);
• Rehearse the specific Leadership and Management modules you will be in charge of delivering;
• Get personal assistance and advice from the expert coach;
• Strengthen your team spirit with the other internal trainers.

This workshop requires a knowledge in Leadership and Management, as well as a high level of involvement, a creative mind, and active participation.
