PAR and PFM reforms: Implementation of Managerial Responsibility Concept and Delegation of Authority
About this learning event
The workshop will bring together key stakeholders from ministries and other central level institutions to explore the implementation of managerial accountability within Montenegro’s public administration. The event focuses on aligning internal control systems with the requirements of Principle 32 – Financial Control, sharing analysis findings, and identifying practical challenges and solutions. Through expert presentations and a panel discussion, the workshop aims to strengthen the understanding and application of delegation of authority and accountability mechanisms in the reform context.
