PAR and PFM reforms: Retreat of Coordination Teams from Montenegro
About this learning event
At this workshop we will create an encouraging environment for team collaboration, communication enhancement, and preparations for the next steps of the Coordination teams for PAR and PFM reforms. It will be achieved through dynamic and interactive sessions and team-building activities.
The retreat will gather Montenegro’s Public Administration Reform (PAR) and Public Finance Management (PFM) Coordination teams, alongside key national and international partners, to reflect on the reform journey and plan the way forward.
What will you learn
This two-day event will offer an opportunity to:
- celebrate successes and highlight visible progress in PAR and PFM reforms,
- strengthen collaboration across institutions,
- openly discuss challenges that affect the speed and quality of reforms,
- explore how Montenegro’s reform agenda aligns with EU accession priorities.
The retreat is designed as an interactive and engaging process, where participants will learn from each other, work in smaller groups, and exchange perspectives with their partners.
By providing a safe space for dialogue and joint reflection, the retreat will help ensure that the reform coordination system remains strong, responsive, and ready to deliver on Montenegro’s commitments in the coming years.
Who should attend
This event is co-designed with and intended for the employees from the Ministry of Public Administration, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro.
