About this learning event

The learning event supports peer learning and knowledge exchange between the Public Finance Academy of North Macedonia and the Academy of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. Through presentations, practical examples, and discussions, participants will explore approaches to designing, managing, delivering, and improving public sector learning and professional development.

This study visit aims to explore the Georgian Academy’s institutional and governance model, approaches to training needs assessment, curriculum design and programme management, as well as quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation. It will also showcase the use of Learning Management Systems and other digital solutions, while facilitating the exchange of experiences on trainer development, expert engagement, innovative learning methods, and knowledge management. The event will provide an opportunity to identify good practices that can inform the further development of learning activities at the Public Finance Academy of North Macedonia and areas for future cooperation.

Target audience

This study visit is intended for employees of the Public Finance Academy in North Macedonia.
