About this learning event

This two-day workshop will bring together trainers from the Public Finance Academy (PFA) to strengthen their community and enhance their training practices. On Day 1, participants will be introduced to the concept of meta-level debriefing and explore the PFA's trainers community ecosystem through interactive activities. The day will end with light teambuilding exercises to build trust and cohesion among the group. 

Day 2 will focus on the PFA Training Cycle, trainer competencies, and adult learning principles. Participants will collaborate on redesigning parts of the training cycle, engage in self-assessment, and consult peers to identify personal development goals. The workshop will conclude with a reflection session and personal commitments to support continued growth and impact within the PFA framework.

Who should attend

The training is organized for the Public Finance Academy of North Macedonia and the invited middle management employees of the Ministry of Finance of North Macedonia.
