About this learning event

Job shadowing will be offered to selected Moldovan public officials such as tutors or coordinators in localized certification programs). By involving them in co-organization and co-delivery of our learning activities in a different work environment (at the CEF or in the field), we will offer them valuable opportunities for professional growth and development. Through their active involvement, they will strengthen their skills, buid stronger relationships, and help foster a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration within their organizations.
