About this learning event

This Training of Trainers (ToT) supports the Ministry of Finance of Moldova and is part of the initiative Supporting Sustainability of the Certification Program of Internal Auditors in Moldova. The training is designed for a small group of participants—national certification tutors and internal auditors contributing to the certification program—who will explore the concept of a learning organization and its relevance to their institution. By linking learning organization principles with the practical role of trainers and auditors, participants will deepen their understanding of how continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and effective communication enhance both training delivery and internal audit practice.

The two-day ToT focuses on developing practical soft skills required for effective training delivery by tutors, as well as for conducting internal audit assignments in the public sector. The training covers communication and presentation skills, interaction techniques to increase engagement, group management, constructive feedback methods, audience adaptation, and effective questioning techniques. The training follows an experiential learning approach, enabling participants to strengthen their training capabilities and contribute to building learning organizations, while supporting the long-term sustainability of internal audit capacity in Moldova.
