Training of Trainers: Facilitation Tools and Techniques

Feb 4 – 6, 2026 Chisinau, Moldova No Fee

About this learning event

Becoming an effective trainer involves more than subject matter expertise – it also requires the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire participants. This Training of Trainers (ToT) program is designed to equip future trainers with the key skills, methodologies, and techniques needed to deliver meaningful and lasting learning experiences.

During this workshop, participants will:

  • Develop a clear understanding of the trainer’s roles and responsibilities.
  • Learn and practice core facilitation skills and methods.
  • Learn how to apply interactive tools such as Think-Pair-Share (TPS) and formulate open-ended questions using Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • Examine communication strategies, including non-verbal communication, to strengthen interaction and participant engagement.
  • Receive structured feedback on their training delivery and identify opportunities for continuous professional development.

The workshop promotes active learning through dynamic activities such as simulations, role-playing, group work, and feedback sessions. These approaches foster an interactive environment that builds up training skills and efficient application.

Target audience

This ToT is designed for the employees of the National Bank of Moldova (ToT - Cohort 3).
