About this learning event

A learning organization does not emerge simply because people attend training or share information. It develops when individuals and teams actively reflect on their work, exchange knowledge, learn from successes and failures, and continuously improve how they collaborate and deliver results.

Public institutions today operate in complex environments that require constant adaptation, reform implementation, and cross-functional cooperation. In such contexts, the ability to learn systematically, communicate effectively, and use knowledge strategically becomes essential for organizational performance. Yet many professionals experience barriers such as limited influence, siloed structures, or a lack of practical tools to foster learning in their daily work.

Through this workshop, you will:

  • Understand the key principles and characteristics of learning organizations,
  • Reflect on how learning currently happens in your organization,
  • Learn and practice simple tools for identifying and addressing learning challenges,
  • Work on real issues from your professional context,
  • Exchange experiences with peers from different institutions and countries,
  • Identify concrete actions you can implement after the workshop.

The workshop is highly interactive and practice-oriented. You will work in thematic groups, apply problem-solving and knowledge-management tools to real-life cases, and engage in discussions, simulations, and collaborative exercises designed to help you translate concepts into actionable steps.

At the end of the workshop, we will hold a Reflection Summit to look back on our WeLead journey, sharing experiences and lessons learned from the 2025–2026 program cycle. This will be an opportunity to reflect on the insights gained, discuss future directions, and strengthen our network.
