Enhancing Structural Reforms and their Impact Assessments for the 2026-2028 ERP: Türkiye
About this learning event
This interactive, country-specific workshop will bring together key stakeholders to enhance the planning, coordination, and strategic guidance of the Economic Reform Program (ERP), focusing on the 2026-2028 period. The ERP process continues to be one of the cornerstones of Turkey's policy consistency and structural reform, requiring annual coordination and collaboration among ministries, relevant institutions, and stakeholders.
The event will commence with an introductory session aimed at familiarizing participants with the Economic Reform Programme (ERP) process, as well as the structure and formulation of reforms and measures within this framework. Subsequent sessions will focus on strengthening the quality of reform descriptions and activity planning. We will also examine the integration of reforms into the 2026–2028 ERP and review the relevant tables 10a and 10b presented in Chapter 5. Furthermore, the event will provide an introduction to the Manual on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new participants and facilitate a review of the drafted KPIs included in Chapter 5. The programme will conclude with impact assessment exercises for selected reforms proposed for inclusion in the 2026–2028 ERP.
