About this learning event

This event is designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of executive leaders responsible for driving organisational performance and long‑term excellence. The event focuses on how leadership behaviours, team dynamics, and decision‑making practices directly influence results.

Participants will work on real leadership challenges through structured team coaching and mentoring. Individual leadership assessments will provide evidence‑based insights into personal leadership styles, strengths, and development areas. These insights are used to build practical, actionable leadership development plans.
The programme combines facilitated team work, guided reflection, and practical tools that participants can apply directly in their organisations.
