About this learning event

This webinar offers a unique opportunity to explore the Economic Reform Programme (ERP) as a strategic document, alongside the Reform Agenda (RA), a key component of the 'New Growth Plan for the Western Balkans’. Both documents are central to advancing economic transformation across the region. We will examine the main pillars of the Growth Plan: enhancing economic integration with the EU, boosting regional economic integration, accelerating fundamental reforms, and increasing financial assistance. We will explore a holistic strategy designed to drive sustainable growth in the Western Balkans. The webinar will also highlight the seven priority areas outlined in the Growth Plan, from the free movement of goods, services, and workers, to the digital single market. Special attention will be given to the RA, which serves as a strategic roadmap based on existing recommendations, helping countries prioritize qualitative and quantitative steps towards economic rejuvenation. 

The webinar will be organized with the Network of Regional Experts (NRE), which works in the scope of the FISR2 project, focusing on spreading the knowledge and learning on structural reforms. This webinar will therefore also provide participants with valuable insights into the interconnected dynamics shaping the region’s economic future.
