Integrated Planning and Coordination for the ERP 2026-2028: Türkiye

Jul 3 – 4, 2025 Ankara, Türkiye No Fee

About this learning event

This interactive, country-specific workshop will bring together key stakeholders involved in the Economic Reform Programme (ERP) to strengthen the planning, coordination, and strategic direction of the 2026–2028 ERP cycle. Designed to be highly participatory and delivered in the local language, the workshop will provide a space for meaningful exchange, peer learning, and collaborative engagement across institutions.

Participants will revisit the fundamentals of the ERP process while exploring practical ways to enhance its resilience, coherence, and impact—in line with the country’s reform priorities and the European Commission’s guidance. Through a combination of expert presentations, case studies, and hands-on group work, the event will focus on identifying good practices, addressing coordination challenges, and aligning institutional efforts.

Special attention will be given to the new Strategic Guidance Note and ERP Coordination Plan, which will serve as a basis for forward-looking planning. Participants will work together to map out reform priorities, define milestones, and co-develop solutions that strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and shared ownership of the ERP process.

By the end of the two days, attendees will leave with a clearer vision for their role in the upcoming ERP cycle, a stronger network of peers, and actionable ideas for improving strategic alignment and coordination in structural reform planning.
