Mastering Reform Agenda Coordination in Kosovo

This event is part of the CEF’s continued commitment to supporting EU candidates and potential candidates in the successful implementation of their Reform Agendas (RA) and the preparation of Economic Reform Programmes (ERP).
The workshop titled "Mastering Coordination of Reform Agenda in Kosovo*" is tailored to the specific context and coordination needs of Kosovo. It will emphasize the practical tools, institutional roles, and cross-sectoral collaboration required for effective RA coordination and successful policy implementation.
The main learning objectives of the workshop are to:
- Strengthen participants’ understanding of coordination mechanisms in the implementation of the Reform Agenda,
- Share good practices and tackle challenges related to inter-institutional cooperation and communication,
- Improve the integration of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes across institutions
- Promote peer learning and networking among policymakers and coordinators in Kosovo

Who should attend
Participation at this event is by invitation only and is intended for officials from institutions responsible for coordinating and implementing the Reform Agenda in Kosovo. This includes representatives from central coordination bodies, line ministries, and relevant public institutions engaged in reform design, implementation, and monitoring.
