About this learning event

At the workshop, participants will explore effective strategies and tools to enhance teamwork and foster clear, open communication within the Ministry of Finance of Armenia (MoFA). They will learn best practices for building cohesive teams, improving interpersonal dynamics, and overcoming common communication barriers. Through practical exercises and discussions, participants will acquire skills to create a more collaborative workplace. They will practice feedforward techniques and improve their listening skills. This workshop aims to transform the MoFA team's performance and synergy.
