Celebrating Success and Strategic Thinking for Future Planning, Assessing, and Implementing Reforms
About this learning event
This event will mark the conclusion of the FISR2 project by reflecting on the knowledge, achievements and lessons learned during its implementation. We will look back at how we navigated and overcame challenges, and achieved success.
The workshop will:
- Showcase stories of success and failure shared by the Economic Reform Programme (ERP) and Reform Agenda (RA) teams to avoid repeating in future reform design and implementation.
- Offer practical tips and tricks for working teams to build and maintain momentum in structural reforms implementation.
- Encourage ERP and RA working teams to think as leaders in managing reforms, focusing on building trust, thinking strategically, and communicating clearly in times of uncertainty.
- Explore how to sustain progress toward achieving the ERP/RA goals, while preparing for the design and implementation of future reforms beyond the current RA, and
- Provide open floor for discussions on how the CEF can support the design, assessment, and implementation of future reforms.
The workshop will include reflective discussions, lightning talks, interactive group work, and peer learning.
Target audience
The workshop is designed for RA and ERP teams in the Western Balkans and Türkiye, as well as members from Network of Regional Experts.
